Enterprise Server This server-based software platform for speech processing expands on the multitude of functions within Frisbee Pro for usage from 20 to hundreds of authors and transcriptionists. Thanks to the server-based Enterprise version of Frisbee, using this powerful speech processing solution is no longer limited to 1:1 relations between authors and transcriptionists. Frisbee Enterprise Client application – The main application that allows end users (authors and transcribers) to dictate and transcribe jobs. For most end users this is the only Frisbee Enterprise application they will use. Frisbee Enterprise Manager application – Used by the System Administrator and Site Administrators to set up, configure and monitor the Frisbee Enterprise environment. Frisbee connects and organizes author and transcriptionists' workstations of any size, even when they're external parties. You can also define a multitude of criteria for allocation of dictations between authors and transcriptionists.
Your Frisbee Enterprise system includes three software components that work together to produce and track jobs efficiently. These components are:

Quick dictation functions and simple automatic sending of dictations. Frisbee allows you to dictate with a professional mobile dictation device of almost any brand, regardless of your location.
Dictate directly into Frisbee using your tethered microphone. You can navigate during the dictation process using your dictation microphone buttons or a sliding switch control. It's as simple as that, as Frisbee does the rest for you.
Dictate via your Blackberry, iPhone or Smartphone when you're on the move. Send your recording directly to the Frisbee interface, where your secretary can pick it up. The result: your dictations are already typed out when you get back to the office.
Dictate directly via Internet Explorer with your dictation microphone, or load dictations from your portable dictation machine and send them to the Frisbee Enterprise Server over the Internet.
Dictate to your PC with a mobile dictation machine or a stationary dictation microphone. The Frisbee Enterprise workflow automatically sends your dictation to the speech recognition engine. It then makes the speech-to-text transcript and original audio file available to your secretary or transcription service for correction.
Frisbee Enterprise is the central server application within the Frisbee solution. It's responsible for dictation, workflow and document management, user administration, automatic update distribution, centralized backup and archiving.
All dictations are passed on to the relevant transcriptionist through user-defined settings. The designated secretary only sees the dictations that appear on her personal job lister.
Instead of designating one person, you can also send dictations to a secretarial pool based on certain workflow settings. The next available employee then processes the job.
Frisbee gives you flexible and secure access from any PC «outside the building». You're directly connected to Frisbee Enterprise through the local area network or the Internet.
